Araki International IP&Law is pleased to announce that Akiko Araki has been appointed Vice Chair of the Legal & Intellectual Property Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ).

The ACCJ Legal & Intellectual Property Committee provides a forum for businesses, legal professionals, and policymakers to discuss intellectual property, technology, digital policy, and related legal and regulatory developments affecting innovation and business in Japan.

Drawing on her experience in IP transactions, technology licensing, and cross-border business matters, Akiko looks forward to contributing to discussions on AI governance, technology regulation, data utilization, and innovation policy through the Committee’s activities.
