[Seminar] Co-hosted by AIL and Business Law “Ethical and Legal Challenges in Promoting AI Utilization: Building AI Governance through the Collaboration of Management and Relevant Departments”

Akiko Araki will be speaking at the following seminar.

[Risks and measures to be aware of before utilizing AI]

Companies that are keen to utilize AI need to be prepared to deal with legal risks.
As the pace of technological innovation accelerates, it is becoming increasingly crucial to use cutting-edge technologies such as AI to create new businesses and for internal use. Establishing a system to properly manage the risks associated with AI is an important initiative that contributes to enhancing corporate value.
However, since AI is a rapidly evolving technology, and with new regulatory trends such as the EU’s AI Act, it is not always easy to grasp the full picture of the risks that may arise from its use. These risks extend beyond legal concerns to include ethical risks, and in some cases, internal accountability within the company may become unclear.
In this seminar, we will provide a clear explanation of the risks that companies utilizing AI may face, using litigation cases and real-world use cases.
