When handling personal information, Araki International IP&Law (“Araki International”) complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (“APPI”) and other applicable laws and regulations.

Araki International shall collect personal information properly and lawfully pursuant to the APPI and other applicable laws and regulations within the purpose of use of such personal information.
2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Araki International shall use personal information within the following purposes and shall not use personal information for any other purposes without the consent of the data subject except as otherwise provided for by laws or ordinances or unless such purpose of use is separately notified or announced.

3. Management of Personal Information
Araki International shall take necessary and proper measures to prevent unauthorized access to, improper disclosure, loss or unauthorized or unlawful destruction of personal information. It shall properly supervise its employees in its handling of personal information. When it entrusts the handling of personal information to any third party, it shall supervise and monitor such third party to ensure the safe management of personal information.
Furthermore, when handling personal information outside Japan, Araki International will implement security measures after understanding the personal information protection systems in the countries and regions where the personal information is handled.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Araki International shall not provide personal data to any third party without obtaining the consent of the data subject except as otherwise provided for by laws or ordinances.
In addition, when providing personal data to third parties outside Japan, Araki International will take necessary measures in accordance with the provisions of the APPI and other relevant laws and regulations.
5. Requests for Disclosure, Correction and Suspension of Personal Information
If any person requests to give notification of the purpose of the use of, disclose, correct, add, delete or suspend the use of, or cancel or discontinue of providing to any third party, his/her personal information, upon verification of such person who made the request as the person of the relevant personal information, it shall respond to such request properly in accordance with the APPI.
