Overview

Laura Colombini provides support to attorneys as a paralegal based on her expertise especially in the areas of Intellectual Property and Technology, Data Privacy, IT and Telecommunication, Arbitration and Mediation. She acquired an international education and developed her expertise in the legal field by studying and working in different countries, which allowed her to be knowledgeable about general corporate works, IP matters and various alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Background

Prior to joining Araki International IP &Law in May 2024, Laura worked at the Milan Chamber of Arbitration and at the Tokyo office of a global law firm, where she had the chance to provide support in the area of commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation, intellectual property (IP) and technology in several jurisdictions including the US, EU and Japan.
Laura is also a certified Civil and Commercial Mediator in compliance with the provisions of the Italian ministerial decree No. 180/2010.

Laura has acquired experience in various legal fields by:
- Supporting attorneys in legal research on IP and corporate legal affairs
- Supporting in drafting, advising and negotiating on commercial agreements
- Supporting and assisting in arbitration and mediation proceedings
