Managing Partner Akiko Araki attended the 19th Working Group on Examination Guidelines under the Patent System Subcommittee of the Intellectual Property Subcommittee, Industrial Structure Council. She participated in discussions regarding revisions to the Examination Guidelines, including matters related to “excluding claims.”
